Days after Bii came, he had stomach problem. He needed to visit a veterinary and had his blood taken for check up. Cried quite loud, and looked so tired when he reached home. He slept for a while, but he was fine after that. Boo also went to accompany Bii to veterinary...
Biiが来てから、数日、いつもDiarrheaだった。獣医に連れ行った。血液検査の結果は赤血球系が 少なかったため、お腹の調子が悪くなった。ビタミンなどをあげて、あれからだんだん回復した。Dogfoodも変えた。今のBiiはめっちゃくちゃ元気! Booもその時一緒に行きました。
· 125g top flour
· ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
· ½ tsp baking powder
· ½ tsp salt
· 1cup brown sugar
· 125g unsalted butter, room temperature
· 1 egg, lightly beaten
· ½ tsp vanilla essence
· ½ tsp kahlua
· 1 tsp ground cinnamon
· 100g raisins
· 160g rolled oats

Finally, my chiffon cake was successful. There was no pix taken cos I was in a hurry to rush for my afternoon duty......Thus, I jux packed and go....
The chocolate chiffon cake was modified based on Florence's recipe (http://wlteef.blogspot.com/2005_04_01_wlteef_archive.html ) . My cake was able to raise and the texture is no longer like a piece of rock

Ingredients:
(A)
3 egg yolks
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp rum or kirsch
30g castor sugar
(B)
20g cocoa powder
60ml warm corn oil
(C)
100ml warm water
(D)
70g self-raising flour
1/2tsp baking powder
(E)
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
40g castor sugar
Method :
1. Mix ingredients (A) well with a hand whisk.
2. Stir cocoa powder in warmed oil until dissolved and pour into yolk mixture.
3. Stir (C) into yolk mixture.
4. Sieve ingredient (D) and stir it into yolk mixture.
5. Whip egg whites in a clean mixing bowl until big bubbles are formed. Add in the cream of tartar and whip until white in colour. Add in sugar over 3 times and whip until egg whites is stiff.
6. Pour 1/2 white into yolk mixture and blend well.
7. Pour yolk mixture into the remaining egg white mixture and blend well.
8. Pour batter into clean baking pan and bake at 170C for 45 minutes or until cooked.

This is the 1st time I made cookies...It was quite successful and I modified the recipe from Jo's Deli & Bakery..I found that the indicated baking time is too long resulting 1/3 of the batch burnt..Thus, to prevent that, I reduce the baking time to about 13 minutes..Indeed, the cookies turned out nice and chunchy..AM gonna share with my fellow colleagues tomorrow..
WALNUT & CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Ingredients:
125g butter
75g brown sugar
1 eggs, lightly beaten
180g cake flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cocoa powder
50g walnuts, toasted and chopped into chocolate chip size chunks
75g dark chocolate chips
Method:
1. Sift cake flour, baking soda and cocoa powder into a mixing bowl. Set aside.
2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Turn mixer to medium speed and add in egg gradually, beating well after each addition.
4. Fold in flour mixture, walnuts and chocolate chips.
5. Place tablespoon of the mixture a little apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degC for abt 13 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool before storingBooBii Claypot Rice
